Refund Policy

At Apex Cleaning, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please review our refund policy below:

1. Completion of Services
   A. No refunds will be issued once a cleaning service has been completed.
   B. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make every effort to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

2. Cancellations
   A. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled cleaning visit will be eligible for a full refund.
   B. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service.

3. Custodial Contract Cancellations
   A. Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing custodial contract must provide a 30-day written notice.
   B. Refunds for any prepaid services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the services rendered during the notice period.

4. Missed Appointments
   A. If a Cleaner fails to attend a scheduled visit without prior notice, you will receive a full refund for that appointment.

5. Service Quality Guarantee
   A. We guarantee our cleaning services. If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us within 24 hours to allow us to address your concerns. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a refund or a complimentary cleaning to resolve the matter.

6. Refund Process
   A. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted by email to zeb@apexcleaninghelena.com.
   B. Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. Additional Notes
   A. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and communicated to our clients.
